A new vision
for a healthier
Vitality Village is a new multi-storey community space that will be a dynamic model for health and wellbeing which will bring together community service providers, industry leaders and innovators, to creatively collaborate to make a significant and enduring impact on the health and well-being of our communities.
We’re aiming to disrupt the health sector, deliver substantial cost savings to the national health budget and achieve better outcomes for Australians facing complex health challenges.
These challenges may include mental health, social isolation and loneliness, disability, carer support, the ageing population, youth and education and employment services.

future of health
Partnerships and collaboration are at the heart of Vitality Village. Our tenants or ‘Villagers’ will work together to identify and deliver significant improvements to health care, through collaboration between health providers, innovators, researchers and the community to better meet people’s needs.
Vitality Village’s commercialisation activity is driven by our unique Animation Engine. The Engine inspires and equips tenants, partners, entrepreneurs, researchers and creatives to collaborate on ground-breaking products and services that enhance Australia’s reputation as a leader in health and wellness development.
We look forward to sharing more details about the Engine and how it will enable us to accomplish our vision in the near future.
investment in health
Located in the Sunshine Coast Health Precinct, Vitality Village and the business parks that surround it, provide the Sunshine Coast community with unparalleled access to leading health and wellbeing services and creates a model of global excellence in a fast-growing and volatile environment.
Vitality Village is a multi-story building, including a car park deck, with seamless entry from street level to the atrium-style ground floor, overlooked by a common-use mezzanine level. Glass plays a major role on the ground level, giving the public an opportunity to view drop-in services, smart rooms, a café and space for regular events.
It is set to begin construction in February 2020, with an expected completion date of February 2021.
